Winter Glamping Activities As the seasons get colder, activities at the glamping dome shift. We go from time on the lake to time around the fire. The leaves crunch under our feet as we hike the property. The sun goes down earlier, and the magic of twinkling lights surrounds us. As the season shifts here are five glamping activities that are perfect for Winter. Building a fire in the outside firepit is a daily ritual for our family at the glamping dome. We provide firewood behind the patio fence. Our boys enjoy showing off their muscles as they gather and bring wood to the firepit. Tender can be found under the outdoor grill to help get things going. All that's left is to light the fire and gather around to enjoy the warmth and glow. The best part about being outside on the property in the winter months is no bugs! It is so pleasant to hike down to the creek and walk along the water's edge.
